RETURN POLICY

Early Access Sale items which are 50% off or more, are not eligible for returns and are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a store credit within 7 days of the date your package was delivered. Only applies to full price items. 

For full price items, to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging with the security tags attached. All returns must be authorized by Roum.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we are a small Atelier in New York with custom made to order lines of production. 14k Gold is crafted with care, and on a schedule. So unfortunately once we've accepted your order, we have put it into production and we cannot cancel it.

(Once your return is received, processing can take up to 3-5 business days before your store credit is issued. Please be sure to include all required paperwork in your return, otherwise you may experience additional processing delays.)
